Experience. Empathy. Excellence in Mediation.

A lifetime of leadership, communication mastery, and emotional intelligence—guiding people through complex conversations toward resolution and respect.

My Journey

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of finance, leadership, and human behaviour.

As a Responsible Manager for AFSL and ACL entities, I learned how financial, personal, and professional conflicts often intersect—and how poor communication can erode trust faster than poor performance.

Having built and managed 14 companies, I’ve witnessed the impact of unresolved disputes on teams, partnerships, and families. And as someone who’s experienced divorce twice, I’ve felt the emotional toll of separation firsthand, along with the healing power of honest, structured communication.

Today, I apply that insight to help others rebuild trust, reduce tension, and find clarity—whether in business, relationships, or financial negotiations.
